Our CSR initiatives focus on unlocking access and equal opportunity for everyone through education, healthcare, skill development programs, spreading digital literacy, and championing for green planet through sustainable practices. We have partnered with a network of NGOs to effectively work on bringing long-term, sustainable change for a better tomorrow.
Each initiative takes us a step closer to uplifting rural and economically underserved population. We are committed to right for education for every child, healthcare facilities for rural population well-being, creating facilities that empower students, and equip youth with skills creating livelihood opportunities. Our mission is to keep sustainability at the forefront and together create a healthier, greener planet.

A Chartered Accountant by profession, Arunachalam started his career with Fraser and Ross, before moving to other leading companies like Ashok Leyland and PT Kewalram, Malaysia. His wide knowledge and experience encompasses treasury, financial accounting and banking. He served as Corporate Advisor for Redington Limited until September 2015.
A PhD holder from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Dr Purnima is an entrepreneur. She runs a consultancy called Perform Solutions, which offers various training programmes in soft skills and HR consultancy to corporate organisations, including conglomerates like Rane, Parry, HP and GMR Group. She is also a master practitioner in NLP techniques.
A development professional with over 20 years of experience, Seetha started her career in curriculum development. She has worked extensively as a consultant for private business services. Her social sector experience spans working with people with disabilities and community development programmes.
