Our CSR initiatives focus on unlocking access and equal opportunity for everyone through education, healthcare, skill development programs, spreading digital literacy, and championing for green planet through sustainable practices. We have partnered with a network of NGOs to effectively work on bringing long-term, sustainable change for a better tomorrow.
Each initiative takes us a step closer to uplifting rural and economically underserved population. We are committed to right for education for every child, healthcare facilities for rural population well-being, creating facilities that empower students, and equip youth with skills creating livelihood opportunities. Mr. Krishnan brings a wealth of experience in financial management and strategy. He has a deep understanding of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and compliance. Since joining Redington Limited, Mr. Krishnan has played a key role in the Company’s growth. During his tenure as head of finance at Redington, he was involved in the Company’s equity raising process including the listing in India during the year 2007.

He has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, fostering innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Known for his ability to build high-performing teams, Venkatesh is committed to creating a culture of excellence and empowering his team to achieve their full potential.
Chairman & Non-Executive Director
Professor J. Ramachandran is Chairman of Redington Limited and a distinguished scholar of strategic management. Since 2006, he has guided Redington’s transformation from a founder-managed company to a board-led institution, shaping its governance philosophy and strategic direction. Under his leadership, Redington has successfully navigated technology shifts, regulatory changes, and market dynamics while staying true to its founding principles. His tenure has seen significant global expansion, strengthened market position, and a ten-fold revenue growth (to USD 10 billion/INR 89,000 crores), with market capitalization surging over twentyfold (to USD 2 billion/INR 18,000 crores). Today, Redington is the world’s seventh-largest technology distribution company.
Independent Director
Mr. Ramaratnam graduated from the University of Mumbai. He is a Chartered Accountant. His first professional stint was with PricewaterhouseCoopers at Chennai after which he joined AF Ferguson & Co and Deloitte Haskins & Sells where he was an Audit Partner till March 2015. During the course of his illustious career, Mr. Ramaratnam has serviced national and multinational clients from diverse sectors such as manufacturing, trading, software, timeshare, real estate, financial services, pharma, engineering, construction, services etc. He is also an Independent Director at Cholamandalam Financial Holdings Limited.

A Chartered Accountant by profession, Arunachalam started his career with Fraser and Ross, before moving to other leading companies like Ashok Leyland and PT Kewalram, Malaysia. His wide knowledge and experience encompasses treasury, financial accounting and banking. He served as Corporate Advisor for Redington Limited until September 2015.
A PhD holder from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Dr Purnima is an entrepreneur. She runs a consultancy called Perform Solutions, which offers various training programmes in soft skills and HR consultancy to corporate organisations, including conglomerates like Rane, Parry, HP and GMR Group. She is also a master practitioner in NLP techniques.
A development professional with over 20 years of experience, Seetha started her career in curriculum development. She has worked extensively as a consultant for private business services. Her social sector experience spans working with people with disabilities and community development programmes.
