The Jagadishpur North Primary School celebrated a significant milestone with the inauguration of its new WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) facility on 10th September. The event was made even more special with the handing over of a wheelchair, arranged from the municipality to a child with special needs. The ceremony was graced by esteemed guests, including the Local Councillor, Sub Inspector of Schools, representative from Redington Foundation & Uluberia WASHi team. This initiative underscores the commitment to inclusivity and accessibility, ensuring that all students have safe access of a sanitary block for boys & girls, a hand washing station and a purified drinking water system in school.
