Recognised at the 12th National CSR Summit under the theme “Role of CSR in Mission Viksit Bharat by 2047,” this award is a proud milestone in our commitment to building an inclusive and future-ready India.
COLTE, a joint initiative with Logistics Sector Skill Council (LSC), was built to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity in the logistics industry — using simulation tech, digital tools, and practical learning. In the past year, we’ve seen firsthand how the right skills can change lives: Youth from underserved backgrounds entering the workforce with confidence. Women stepping into logistics roles. Steady jobs translating into stable incomes. Retention that shows long-term success not just placement.
